We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support a growing title company operating within the real estate industry. This is a sales-first role focused on outbound calling, lead follow-up, and building relationships with real estate professionals and prospects.
You will spend the majority of your time on the phone reaching out to contacts, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining consistent follow-up. In addition, you will support backend tasks such as pulling and organizing data, maintaining the CRM, and assisting with light administrative and marketing tasks.
This role is best suited for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
