JOB OVERVIEW

Title: Full-Time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote
Reports To: Team Lead
Leadership Oversight: Angel Collins
Administrative Oversight: Sabrina | Selling LA Luxury Admin

Position Overview
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is a full-time, high-performance prospecting specialist responsible for generating listing appointments through strategic outbound calling and disciplined follow-up.

This is not a passive lead role.
This is a proactive revenue-producing position focused on:
• Expired listings
• Cancelled listings
• Withdrawn listings
• Circle dialing around active listings
• Distressed sellers
• Database nurture & reactivation

The ISA will operate in a structured, metrics-driven environment and must consistently produce a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per month for leadership.

Appointment Routing Structure
All appointments scheduled by the ISA will be set exclusively with the team lead,

No appointments are assigned to junior agents.
This ensures:
• High conversion rates
• Elite client experience
• Brand consistency
• Leadership-level execution

Required Work Schedule (PST)
The ISA must be available:
Weekdays (3 Days Per Week Required)

???? 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
Weekends (Mandatory)
Saturday & Sunday

Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week
Weekend availability is non-negotiable due to seller accessibility.

Core Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outbound Calling
• Daily high-volume outbound calls
• 150+ dials per day (minimum expectation)
• Prospect from Vulcan7 and Mojo Triple Line Dialer
• Contact expired, cancelled, withdrawn, circle dial, and distressed sellers
• Re-engage older database leads
ISA must be fully proficient in:
• Vulcan7
• Mojo Triple Line Dialer
• CRM data entry
• Structured follow-up systems

Lead Qualification Standards
All calls must follow structured conversational frameworks (Phil Jones and Tom Ferry methodology encouraged).
Each lead must be qualified for:
• Motivation
• Timeline
• Property condition
• Equity position (if known)
• Emotional driver
• Decision maker status
Appointments must be quality-based, not volume-based.

Appointment Setting & Coordination
The ISA is responsible for:
• Setting a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per month
• Inputting all appointments into the team calendar immediately
• Providing full appointment notes in CRM
• Confirming appointments 24 hours prior and same day
• Coordinating with Listing Coordinator to ensure:
Property research completed
Agent prepared
Pre-listing materials sent (if required)
Confirmation complete
The ISA must ensure leadership walks into fully prepared appointments.

CRM & Administrative Standards
All contacts must be:
• Entered into Compass CRM
• Tagged appropriately
• Logged same day
• Assigned follow-up dates
Each record must include:
• Motivation
• Timeline
• Property details
• Notes from conversation
• Next action step
Failure to log activity daily is grounds for performance review.

Training & Role Play (Mandatory)
To maintain elite conversion standards, ISA must:
? Attend all team trainings
? Participate in mandatory role play
? Practice objection handling weekly
? Demonstrate script mastery
Role play is a required performance metric.

Performance Expectations
Minimum Standards:
• 150+ dials per day
• 15+ qualified appointments per month
• 65–70% show rate
• Clean CRM compliance
• Strong appointment quality
Top performers will exceed 18–20 appointments monthly.

Compensation Structure
Base Pay:
• $5 per hour
• Paid on the 1st and 15th
Performance Bonuses:
• $10 per contract signed from ISA appointment
• $50 per closed sale from ISA appointment
Bonuses tracked via internal KPI dashboard.
Growth potential available for high producers.
