Job Title:
Google Ads & Facebook/Meta Ads Manager (Real Estate) - Part-Time, $1,500/month

Job Description:

We're hiring a Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager to manage paid campaigns for real estate clients. This is a long-term, management-focused role for someone who has actually generated leads for agents, brokers, or developers on BOTH platforms.

PAY & SCHEDULE

$1,500/month
Part-time, Monday to Friday
12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST (4 hours a day)
Fully remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram lead gen, retargeting, lookalikes)
Monitor budgets, bids, and daily performance
Lower cost per lead and cut wasted spend
Keep conversion tracking accurate (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
Send clear weekly reports with insights and next steps

This is a campaign management role only. No design, copywriting, or video editing needed.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years managing paid ads
Proven real estate campaign management experience on BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads (no exceptions)
Real results you can show: screenshots, case studies, or numbers
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
Strong written and spoken English
Self-managed, detail-oriented, and reliable
Stable internet and a working laptop/PC

NICE TO HAVE

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
Experience managing $10k+/month in ad spend
Experience with real estate CRMs (Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
