JOB OVERVIEW

Join our growing real estate investment team! We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Follow-Up Specialist who can manage leads, maintain organized data, and communicate professionally. If you're familiar with real estate wholesaling or investing, this role is perfect for you.

Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Industry: Real Estate / Real Estate Investing / Wholesaling

Responsibilities:
Follow up with warm and cold leads through calls, texts, and CRM
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM (Podio ? transitioning to REsimply)
Keep consistent communication with sellers and buyers
Conduct basic property research and gather needed details
Ensure no lead is left behind—manage pipeline daily
Assist in organizing documents and data entry tasks
Support the team with additional admin tasks as required

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented and reliable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiar with the real estate industry (wholesaling or investing preferred)
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Required: Experience using CRMs and dialers
MUST HAVE U.S. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
