Senior Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Australian Market Specialist (3+ Years Required)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) – Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing real estate agency in Canberra, Australia, with an ambitious target of 40+ property sales this year. We need an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant who already understands the Australian real estate market.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We require minimum 3 years of experience working with Australian real estate clients. You must be familiar with Australian property portals, CRM systems, and marketing standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Creative (40%)
• Create suburb-wise appraisal reports and property insights using CoreLogic RP Data or PriceFinder
• Design marketing materials using Canva (flyers, brochures, social media graphics, letterbox drops)
• Manage and create content for
• Set up, manage, and optimize
• Edit property videos and create Reels/TikToks using CapCut or similar
• Create automatic marketing letters for each suburb (letterbox campaign coordination)
• Coordinate with Australian print companies for material printing and distribution
Property Presentation (25%)
• Create 3D virtual staging using BoxBrownie, Apply Design, or Virtual Staging AI
• Create 2D/3D floor plans using Floorplanner, CubiCasa, or RoomSketcher
• Upload and manage listings on
• Write compelling property descriptions optimized for Australian buyers
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers
CRM & Administration (25%)
• Full management of AgentBox CRM (or similar: Rex, VaultRE, Eagle)
• Lead management, follow-up sequences, and pipeline tracking
• Complete documentation support (contracts, compliance checklists, authority forms)
• Schedule appointments, manage calendar, coordinate inspections
• Transaction coordination from listing to settlement
Research & Reporting (10%)
• Prepare detailed suburb market reports and comparable sales analysis
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
• Track advertising ROI and campaign performance
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)
• Minimum 5 years experience working with Australian real estate clients
• Proven experience with Australian property portals (
• Experience with Australian real estate CRMs (AgentBox, Rex, VaultRE, or Eagle)
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Available during Australian Eastern Time business hours
• Reliable high-speed internet and backup power/internet solution
• Must provide references from previous Australian real estate clients
HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS (Big Plus)
• Experience with CoreLogic RP Data or PriceFinder for market analysis
• 3D floor plan creation (Floorplanner, CubiCasa, Matterport)
• Virtual staging experience (BoxBrownie, Apply Design)

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience with ACT/Canberra property market specifically
• Knowledge of Australian real estate compliance and documentation
TOOLS YOU'LL USE
