We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communication-driven professional to join our real estate investment company in a hybrid role that combines Transaction Coordination and Dispositions Management.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of a real estate wholesale deal—from contract to close—and can excel at both managing transactions and selling deals to qualified buyers.
Core Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination Duties

Make the introduction call to clients and establish communication from contract to close.
Coordinate with title companies, ensuring all requirements are met and deals close on time.
Schedule and manage property access, showings, inspections, and visits.
Set clear expectations with sellers, explaining timelines, next steps, and required documents.
Communicate with buyers to ensure they submit their EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) on time.
Track deadlines, title status, and closing milestones to prevent delays.
Knowledge of CRMs such as GoHighLevel/Podio is a strong advantage.
Experience handling complex transactions such as probates, foreclosures, sub-to, liens, and title issues.
Dispositions Duties

Publish new deals on relevant marketing platforms (InvestorLift,
Contact prospective buyers, present the deal, and negotiate interest.
Secure signed assignment agreements and guide buyers through the process.
Add interested and qualified buyers to the company’s CRM, tagging and organizing them appropriately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to increase repeat sales.
Qualifications
==============================
Experience in real estate wholesaling, especially in transactions or dispositions.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Ability to problem-solve title issues and keep deals on track.
Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with buyers and sellers.
CRM experience (GoHighLevel/Podio preferred-We are moving from Podio to GHL).
