JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Real Estate Dispositions Manager (fully remote). You will own dispositions end to end: taking a property from the moment it lands with us through to a signed assignment with a cash buyer, building the agent relationships that bring us deals, and managing the renovation work on the properties we keep.

This is a base plus commission role. Commission is paid on every deal you sell, and at a higher rate on deals you source yourself.

This is not a general admin VA role. Please read the three requirements below before applying.

REQUIRED, all three:
1) Prior dispositions experience in US real estate. You have personally moved wholesale contracts to cash buyers.
2) You have sourced deals through real estate agents. Specific properties that came to you through an agent relationship and went to contract.
3) You have project managed a rehab. At least one renovation you personally ran, including the scope, the budget, the contractors and the timeline.

You will be:
- Triaging every incoming deal within one business day
- Chasing the missing photos, reports and contracts from wholesalers
- Building and qualifying the buyer list, then presenting deals to named buyers by phone
- Quoting prices, handling objections and negotiating assignments through to signature
- Building an agent network and sourcing deals through it
- Running rehab projects: scopes of work, contractor bids, budget and timeline tracking, progress reporting

Requirements:
- Excellent, clear English, confident on the phone with US buyers, agents and contractors
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (40 hours per week)
- Comfortable in a real estate CRM. We use Podio. Podio, InvestorFuse, GoHighLevel, REISift, Salesforce or similar all count
- A distraction free home office with reliable high speed internet and a computer that can run multiple applications
- Comfortable with screenshot monitoring on your own computer and staying in a muted team Zoom room during your shift

Pay: US$6 per hour plus commission.

5) How many years you have worked in US real estate, and confirmation that you can work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
