JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

We are a US-based virtual real estate wholesaling company operating in 18 states. We put houses under contract and sell those contracts to cash buyers. Our dispositions team moves fast — every deal must hit the market within 24 hours of being signed. We need someone reliable to own the repeatable execution side of that process so our closers can stay on the phone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is an execution and admin role. You will not be negotiating, pricing deals, or making decisions. You will be running a checklist the same way every single time, fast and without errors.

Daily responsibilities:

Post new deals to our buyer marketplace platform within 24 hours of receiving the deal package
Post deals to our roster of 18 state-level Facebook investor groups and update the posting tracker
Build deal packages: organize photos, assemble property info sheets, format deal flyers from our template
Launch email and SMS buyer blasts inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) using pre-written templates
Collect and file Proof of Funds documents from interested buyers
Log every buyer inquiry, offer, and piece of feedback into our tracking sheet the same day it comes in
Update our daily Dispositions KPI log in Google Sheets
Clean and segment our buyer list: dedupe records, tag buyers by state, price range, and asset type, flag inactive buyers
Coordinate showing windows and send confirmation messages to buyers using our scripts
Send follow-up reminders to buyers on a set schedule

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

No cold calling sellers
No negotiating price or assignment terms
No d ---------- which buyer gets the deal

Those decisions stay with our US team. Your job is speed and accuracy on the tasks that feed them.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong written English — you will be messaging US investors directly
Comfortable in Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, data entry, basic formulas)
Detail-obsessed. If a deal gets posted with the wrong price or a missing photo, that costs us thousands of dollars
Reliable internet and a working computer with a backup power/internet plan
Able to follow a written SOP exactly without improvising

NICE TO HAVE (not required — we will train)

Experience with GoHighLevel or any real estate CRM
Previous work with a US real estate wholesaling company
Familiarity with Canva or basic photo editing
Understanding of terms like ARV, assignment, EMD, POF
