About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-focused professional to manage our buyer pipeline and disposition process. This is a systems-driven role where your success comes from consistent follow-up, meticulous documentation, and nurturing buyer relationships over time. You'll be the organized backbone of our disposition operation - not the negotiator (our CEO handles that), but the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Actually Do Every Day
Buyer Pipeline Management (50% of your time)
Respond to buyer inquiries via phone,
Nurture relationships with prospective buyers through consistent, friendly follow-up
Maintain detailed buyer profiles in our CRM (preferences, budget, timeline, communication style)
Track buyer activity and engagement to identify who's ready to move forward
Schedule property showings and coordinate logistics
Marketing & Property Posting (25% of your time)
Post new properties to Investorlift and marketing channels following our templates
Execute
Manage text blast campaigns to buyer lists
Maintain property marketing materials and ensure all listings are current
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries
Documentation & CRM Management (20% of your time)
Document all buyer interactions, offers, and property interest in Podio CRM
Maintain organized records of contract assignments and JV agreements
Update pipeline status daily so leadership has real-time visibility
Generate weekly reports on buyer activity and deal flow
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems
Relationship Building (5% of your time)
Build rapport with repeat buyers and investor clients
Support realtor relationships through timely communication
Identify and flag potential off-market deal opportunities from your buyer conversations

This is not a high-pressure sales or negotiation role. We have deal-makers for that. This role is about:

Building systems and relationships, not cutting deals

Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in real estate coordination, sales support, customer service, or CRM management
MLS, Inivestorlift familiarity preferred (we'll train if you have strong tech skills)
Experience with Podio CRM is a plus, but not required
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
Comfortable learning new marketing tools (Investorlift, MLS, MailChimp, text platforms)
Quick learner with technology
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication
Professional phone presence
Ability to build rapport with diverse personalities
Work Style:
Self-motivated and reliable (this is a virtual role)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently with clear processes
Available for occasional evening/weekend buyer inquiries
Compensation & Details
Position Type: Full-time, Virtual/Remote
Location: Must be available during NY business hours
Compensation: $5.00 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses for closed assignments
Growth Path: Opportunity to grow into senior disposition coordination or asset management support roles
