JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate development and finance? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our fast-paced real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and project management within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Modeling: Assist with creating and updating financial models, proformas, and investment analyses for new and existing development projects.

Due Diligence & Research: Conduct market research, analyze zoning and regulatory requirements, and compile due diligence materials for potential acquisitions.

Project Management Support: Help manage project timelines, track key milestones, and coordinate with external partners such as architects, engineers, and contractors.

Administrative & Reporting: Prepare presentations, organize project documents, manage calendars, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.

Investor Relations: Support communication with investors by assisting with the preparation of quarterly reports and other financial updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, project manager, or analyst in real estate development or finance.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
