MAP Backend Deal Analyst (System Builder – Not a VA Role)
Again, This is NOT a VA role.
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment firm acquiring multifamily properties (5–80 units).
We are hiring a Backend Deal Analyst to own Phase 2 of our acquisition pipeline.
This role is for someone who:
• Thinks in systems, not tasks
• Cares deeply about accuracy
• Owns data end-to-end
• Does not need reminders
• Flags problems early
• Builds structure when it doesn’t exist
If you need constant direction, this is not for you.
Responsibilities
• Source multifamily deals online (LoopNet, Crexi, broker sites, public records)
• Underwrite deals in Google Sheets with 100?curacy
• Validate rent rolls, expenses, taxes, insurance
• Build clean deal folders with organized documentation
• Maintain a live deal tracker with key dates (DD, closing, financing)
• Package deal summaries for senior review
• Track inventory and report weekly
• Kill bad deals early before they reach clients
You Will NOT
• Talk to clients
• Sell
• Negotiate
• Be micromanaged
Requirements
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong data hygiene
• Experience in analysis, operations, finance, or real estate preferred
• Ability to work EST hours overlap
• Stable internet and backup power
Accuracy > speed.
Ownership > activity.
Systems > memory.
Compensation
Performance-based. Competitive for the right operator.
Full-time preferred.
