JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners. We are looking for a reliable and motivated virtual assistant to help generate leads by calling property owners and identifying homeowners who may be interested in selling their houses.

This role focuses on lead generation through cold calling, speaking with homeowners, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to property owners using a dialing system

- Follow a simple script when speaking with homeowners

- Ask qualifying questions to determine seller motivation

- Enter notes and tag leads in our CRM system

- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for our team

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls

Requirements

- Strong English speaking skills

- Comfortable talking on the phone for several hours per day

- Experience with cold calling or sales preferred

- Reliable internet connection and headset

- Quiet work environment

- Ability to make 300+ calls per day

Compensation

- $3-4.50 per hour depending on experience

- Performance bonuses for qualified leads

- Bonus for closed deals generated from your leads

Work Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week)
