# Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Cold Caller

**Full-Time | $5–$7/Hour + $500 Closing Bonus**

We are a real estate investment company looking to hire **two motivated and dependable Virtual Assistants** to join our team as Real Estate Cold Callers.

This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, speaking with homeowners, qualifying potential sellers, and keeping accurate notes and lead information.

## Compensation

* **Starting pay: $5 USD/hour**
* Opportunity to increase pay **up to $7 USD/hour** based on experience and performance
* **$500 BONUS** for every property generated from your leads that goes under contract **and successfully closes**
* 8 hours per day
* Long-term opportunity for strong performers

## Work Schedule

**Monday–Friday**
**11:30 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time (ET)**

You must be consistently available and ready to make calls during these hours.

## What You'll Be Doing

We will provide you with homeowner lists and the tools needed to make calls.

Your primary responsibility will be contacting homeowners to determine whether they may be interested in selling their property.

Daily responsibilities include:

* Cold calling homeowners from lists provided by our company
* Speaking professionally and confidently with property owners
* Determining whether the homeowner has an interest in selling
* Asking qualifying questions about the property and seller's situation
* Identifying motivation, property condition, asking price, and timeline
* Updating the lead list after each conversation
* Writing clear and detailed notes
* Recording call dispositions and follow-up information
* Identifying qualified and motivated seller opportunities
* Passing qualified leads to our acquisitions team
* Following our scripts, processes, and qualification guidelines
* Completing appropriate follow-up when required

## Tools & Experience

**You DO NOT need to provide your own dialer.** We will provide the calling system and necessary lead lists.

Previous experience with the following is a **PLUS:**

* **DataSift**
* **Smartphone Dialer**
* Real estate cold calling
* Real estate wholesaling
* Motivated seller lead generation
* Appointment setting
* Outbound sales

Candidates with relevant experience and strong performance may qualify for **higher hourly compensation, up to $7/hour.**

## Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

* Speaks clear, understandable English
* Is confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
* Has reliable high-speed internet
* Has a reliable computer and quality headset
* Has a quiet working environment
* Can work the full **11:30 AM–7:30 PM ET** schedule
* Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Can handle rejection and remain positive and persistent
* Is organized and takes detailed notes
* Can follow a script without sounding robotic
* Is dependable, punctual, and consistent
* Can work independently and stay productive
* Is motivated by performance and earning bonuses

## $500 Closing Bonus

We want our VAs to be rewarded when they help us find great opportunities.

In addition to your hourly pay, you will receive a:

**$500 BONUS for each property generated from your leads that goes under contract and successfully closes.**

There is no set limit on the number of closing bonuses you can earn.

If you consistently produce quality leads and perform well, there is also an opportunity to increase your hourly rate from **$5/hour up to $7/hour.**
