JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable and confident cold calling VA to help generate leads directly from property owners.

This is a part-time position (3–5 hours per day, 5 days per week) with strong potential for long-term work and growth based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Call property owners using provided lists
Follow a simple script when speaking with sellers
Build rapport and gather key property information
Identify motivated sellers
Set appointments / hand off qualified leads
Update notes in CRM after each call

Requirements:

Strong English communication (clear and easy to understand)
Confident on the phone (not robotic)
Reliable internet + headset
Able to work consistently 5 days/week
Prior cold calling or real estate experience is a PLUS (not required)

Performance Expectations:

Consistent daily calling activity
Goal: 3–5 qualified leads or appointments per week
Ability to follow instructions and improve over time

Performance-based bonuses available

Growth Opportunity:
If you perform well, this can turn into a long-term position with more hours and higher pay.
