We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable, confident Cold Caller to help us find off-market property deals.

???? Your Role
You will be calling property owners in the United States and starting conversations to see if they are interested in selling their property.
Your goal is to:
Build rapport with homeowners
Ask the right questions
Identify motivated sellers
Set appointments or pass qualified leads to our acquisitions team
???? Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using a dialer (we provide training)
Follow a proven script (and improve it over time)
Handle objections confidently
Tag and update leads in our CRM
Take clear notes on every call
Meet daily call and lead targets
? Requirements
Excellent English (clear speaking, minimal accent)
Previous cold calling or sales experience (REAL ESTATE is a BIG PLUS)
Strong internet connection & quiet work environment
Comfortable working U.S. hours
Confident, not afraid of rejection
Coachable and willing to improve

Base pay: $4–$6/hour (depending on experience)
