JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a Detroit-based real estate investment company looking for an experienced, motivated cold caller to join our acquisitions team. You’ll be calling off-market property owners (pre-foreclosure, absentee, inherited, tired landlords) from provided lists, qualifying their interest and motivation, and booking hot leads for our acquisitions manager.

This is not a script-reading robot job. We need someone who can sound natural, build rapport quickly, and handle objections confidently. Real estate or wholesaling cold calling experience is strongly preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
Opportunity to move into full-time role

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls daily using our provided dialer and call list
• Follow our cold calling script and qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and condition
• Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM (REsimpli) immediately after each call
• Hand off hot/warm leads to the acquisitions manager same-day
• Hit daily dial targets consistently

Requirements:
• Fluent, clear English with strong phone presence — this is the top priority
• Prior cold calling experience (real estate strongly preferred, sales in general acceptable)
• Reliable internet and quiet call environment
• Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
• Detail-oriented — accurate CRM logging is non-negotiable
• Available for US Eastern Time business hours
