???? HIRING: Real Estate Cold Caller – Land Acquisitions (Remote – Open to Filipino Applicants)

???? Full-Time / Part-Time | Remote | $5–$7/hr + Commission

We are a real estate company specializing in land acquisitions and we're looking for a driven, articulate Cold Caller to help us connect with landowners and motivated sellers. If you have a strong phone presence, great English, and a hunger to earn — this role is for you.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound cold calls to landowners and potential sellers daily
• Identify motivated sellers and gather key property details
• Qualify leads and set appointments for our acquisitions team
• Follow up consistently with prospects via phone and email
• Log all calls and notes accurately in our CRM system
• Meet weekly call volume and lead generation targets

? REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Real estate experience is a big plus (land, wholesaling, or property sales)
• Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional
• Comfortable speaking with landowners, farmers, and rural property owners
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Podio, REI Reply, or similar) is an advantage
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling objections

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
• That's 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Time
• Applicants must be fully available and punctual during these hours

???? COMPENSATION
• Base pay: $5–$7 per hour (based on experience)
• 5% commission on every deal that closes from your leads
• Our typical deal spreads are $1,000 USD and above — meaning your commission starts at $50+ per closed deal and can go much higher on larger deals
• The more motivated sellers you find, the more you earn — your income is truly in your hands
• Top performers have the opportunity to increase hours and earning potential
