I'm Charos Peña, a licensed Texas real estate agent with Charos Group in Houston. I'm hiring ONE appointment setter, and the seat goes to the best performer after a short competition. This isn't a "dial and hope" job. Every lead you set puts money in your pocket, with no cap.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Houston time (CT). 15 hours/week. Remote.

=== HOW YOU GET PAID ===
- Base pay, Month 1: $100/month
- Base pay after 1 month of hitting KPIs: $200/month
- Every qualified lead you set: $4 each
- Lead becomes a signed listing or deal: $100 each
- Monthly bonus, 32-44 qualified leads: +$20
- Monthly bonus, 45+ qualified leads: +$40
- Perfect attendance + 100�ll logging: +$10
Paid twice a month. NO CAP on earnings.

WHAT IT ADDS UP TO:
- Month 1, hitting KPIs (35 leads, 1 closing): $370
- Top performer after Month 1 (50 leads, 2 closings): $650
Same 3 hours a day. You set your paycheck by how hard you work.

Qualified lead = you spoke with the decision-maker, they're open to selling within 12 months, you captured their timeline and reason, and you logged a confirmed callback time with me.

- Work a fresh, skip-traced Houston lead list on our CloudTalk parallel dialer every day (pre-foreclosure, probate, expired listings, FSBO; investors on Mondays) ---------- dials per shift; each lead gets 2 attempts
- Have real, warm conversations, not robotic script reading
- Qualify the owner (decision-maker, timeline, reason for selling) and book a callback time for me
- Ask every owner for their email, including the "not now" owners
- Log every call the same day and send a short end-of-shift report

- No pricing, home values, contracts or legal advice. I handle all of that.
- Never say or imply you're a licensed agent.

- A weekly 15-minute 1:1 to review your calls and help you earn more

- Clear, fluent English with a warm, natural tone
- 25+ Mbps internet with a backup (power or mobile data)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet room
- Show up for every shift; 24 hours' notice for any emergency
- Cold calling or real estate ISA experience is a plus

=== RAISE PATH ===
- Month 1: $100 base. Learn the system and start setting leads.
- After Month 1 (8+ qualified leads/week): $200 base
- 6 months: pay review plus the option for more hours
