JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a **results-driven cold caller** who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

If you are confident on the phone, not afraid of rejection, and motivated by performance—this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Make high-volume outbound calls to potential real estate clients
* Engage prospects and quickly build rapport
* Present our services and property opportunities with confidence
* Identify and qualify serious leads
* Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets
* Update all activity in our CRM system

**What We Expect:**

* Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
* Strong, clear, and confident English speaking skills
* Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing
* Competitive mindset with a focus on results
* Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage

**You’ll Succeed If You:**

* Sound natural, persuasive, and professional on the phone
* Are disciplined, consistent, and goal-oriented
* Know how to overcome objections and keep control of the call
* Are hungry to perform and improve

**Work Setup:**

* Remote position
* Full-time or part-time available
