We’re a US real estate investment team hiring a Sales VA.

What you’ll do:

Call US landowners who may not expect us, and make the first 30 seconds count
Work through objections calmly and end every call with a clear next step
Follow up with interested buyers until they’re ready to move forward
Capture names, dates, and concerns accurately the first time

You’re a fit if you:

Have confident spoken and written English
Know when to slow down with an upset caller
Find answers instead of making them up
Are comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and AI tools
Have reliable internet with a backup connection, a headset, and a quiet workspace
Can work 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

What we offer:

Rate: TBD, based on experience
Full-time, fully remote, long-term
