We are a small real estate marketing business. Your job is to reach out to homeowners to see if they would be interested in selling their property to us and gather basic information about their property. Excellent spoken & written English skills are very important for this job, as well as overall conversation skills. The better you can connect with the people you are speaking to, the more leads you will get.
We use mojo dialer and a CRM software that you will be trained on. We will give bonuses if you are successfully bringing in leads.
Experience doing this type of work is a big plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent people skills – comfortable talking to people and asking them uncomfortable questions. Good at making small talk conversation to make people more at ease in giving you information
- Almost perfect English communication (spoken and written) - minimal accent
- Ok using hubstaff to track your computer activity during your shift
- Experience with cold calling real estate leads is a big plus but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a bonus too so you can help manage our lead lists
- Fast internet with a reliable backup
- High quality USB/Bluetooth headset for the phone calls
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use multi line dialer to contact our leads, follow our script and gather the required information for leads. Then enter the lead into our CRM
- You may also do followups on existing leads we have
- Other misc tasks related to lead management will be assigned from time to time as well
HOURS: 9am-5:30pm EST (with 30 mins break) Monday through Friday to start.
COMPENSATION: $4/hour plus bonuses after you are consistently generating leads
