We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with ReadyMode, GoHighLevel (GHL), and U.S. real estate lead generation.
You will be responsible for uploading leads, managing CRM records, making outbound calls, qualifying motivated sellers, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate lead information.
Responsibilities
Upload lead lists into ReadyMode
Import and organize leads in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Make outbound calls using ReadyMode's dialer
Qualify motivated sellers
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments
Update notes, dispositions, and lead status
Maintain accurate CRM records
Meet daily call and lead generation goals
Work independently while communicating effectively with the team
Requirements
Previous U.S. Real Estate Cold Calling experience
Experience using ReadyMode
Experience using GoHighLevel
Excellent English communication skills
Strong objection-handling skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Quality noise-cancelling headset
Quiet work environment
Ability to work U.S. business hours
