JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be contacting property owners through outbound cold calling and SMS to identify motivated sellers and generate qualified leads for our Acquisitions Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Make approximately 200–250 outbound calls per 4-hour shift
* Send and respond to SMS campaigns
* Speak with property owners and identify motivated sellers
* Pre-qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and asking price
* Enter detailed notes and update lead status in our CRM
* Immediately pass qualified/warm leads to the Acquisitions Manager
* Follow up with leads according to our follow-up schedule
* Maintain accurate records of calls, texts, and conversations

Requirements:

* Strong spoken and written English
* Confident and professional phone presence
* Previous cold calling or sales experience
* Real estate wholesaling experience strongly preferred
