JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-producing real estate team based in South Florida looking for a high-energy, experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our operation. Your primary focus will be Calling Leads

We will provide you with high-quality data , but you must have and maintain your own dialer . Your objective is to have conversations with homeowners to gauge their motivation to sell, and then set a follow-up appointment for our lead agent.
Your Responsibilities:

Make 150–200 outbound dials per shift using your own dialer, using proven scripts.

Identify homeowners who are considering selling in the next 6 months or wanting refinance mortgage

Set a minimum of 2 qualified listing appointment or warm follow-up call per shift.

Requirements:

Mandatory Software: You MUST have your own active subscription to a dialer.
We will provide the lists, but we will not be providing or paying for your dialer platform.

Experience: You must have prior experience calling real estate leads for US-based agents/investors.

Communication: Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent and excellent conversational skills. You must be comfortable handling objections without sounding like you are reading a script.

Equipment: A reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a noise-canceling USB headset.
Hours & Compensation:

Pay: $4.00 to $5.00 USD plus bonus (depending on experience).

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week.

Working Hours: You must be available to work from 4:00 PM to 7:40 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
Saturday - 11 am - 2pm
