About Us
We are a fast-growing real estate team based in Hawaii, helping buyers, sellers, and investors with residential real estate. We are looking for a motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team and help follow up with leads and prospect for new opportunities.

Position Overview
We are hiring a remote cold caller from the Philippines to call existing leads and prospect for new homeowners using our dialer system (Mojo Dialer) and Follow up boss. This role requires someone confident on the phone, consistent, and resilient—someone who does not get discouraged by rejection and stays positive and professional in every call.
This will begin as a part-time role, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and results.

Responsibilities
Call and follow up with existing real estate leads from our CRM
Prospect homeowners in targeted neighborhoods using Mojo Dialer
Build rapport and maintain professional conversations
Identify potential buyers and sellers
Set qualified appointments for the real estate team
Update CRM notes accurately after each call
Provide daily/weekly call reports and feedback
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude on the phone

Requirements

Previous experience as a cold caller or telemarketer (real estate experience preferred)

Strong English communication and accent clarity

Confident speaking with homeowners in the U.S.

Thick skin and resilience — able to handle rejection and negative responses professionally

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Experience using dialers like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, or similar (preferred)

CRM experience is a plus

Work Schedule

Start: Part-time (4 hours/day)

Opportunity to move to full-time based on performance

Must be available during U.S. business hours (Hawaii/Pacific Time preferred)

Compensation
