We are a real estate investment company looking for an experienced real estate cold caller to speak with motivated homeowners, uncover seller motivation, gather key property details, and confidently deliver offers using our proven system.
This is not a generic appointment-setting role.
You will be speaking directly with sellers, having real conversations, qualifying opportunities, and helping move deals forward for property acquisitions.
Our system is already built out. You will not be expected to invent the process from scratch. We provide:
- a step-by-step call structure
- an AI-powered offer calculator
- tailored talking points for offer delivery
- objection-handling guidance
- direct CRM workflow with leads pushed into REsimpli
Your job is to follow the process, sound natural and confident on the phone, and create qualified opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Cold call homeowners from provided lists
- Build rapport and have real conversations with sellers
- Uncover motivation, property condition, timeline, and price expectations
- Confirm you are speaking with the actual owner / decision-maker
- Use our calculator and AI talking points to deliver offers confidently
- Handle basic objections and keep the conversation moving
- Document clean notes and follow the process correctly in the CRM
- Follow up with sellers as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate cold calling experience
- Experience calling motivated sellers, FSBOs, probate, pre-foreclosure, absentee owners, or similar
- Experience using a dialer and CRM
- Strong English communication skills: clear, confident, conversational, and natural
- Must be comfortable speaking with sellers live and discussing pricing / offers
- Reliable internet, headset, and computer
- Must be available during US business hours (EST or CST)

We do NOT want someone who sounds robotic, overly polished, or overly scripted on calls.
We want someone who sounds natural, confident, conversational, and professional.
This role is a fit for someone who can follow a proven process, use the tools provided, and consistently create qualified opportunities.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- After ramp/training, minimum 3 qualified offers delivered per week to keep the role
- Strong performers will have opportunities for growth into senior or team lead roles
- Top performers may earn bonuses and long-term advancement

A qualified offer is not just a casual conversation. It means you spoke with a real owner / decision-maker, gathered the key information, used the process correctly, and delivered a real offer through our system.
