JOB OVERVIEW

⏰ Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm EST

About the job:
I'm a real estate investor in Miami, Florida. I buy vacant lots and teardown houses. You'll call owners, find the ones ready to sell, run the numbers, and help lock in the deal.

? What you'll do:
- Call owners from our skip-traced lists
- Find out if they'll sell, their price, and property details
- When a lead is interested, run the numbers (ARV + comps)
- Bring me the numbers so we agree on an offer
- Call the seller back the SAME DAY with our offer
- Follow up on every lead until it's a yes or a hard no
- Log all calls and notes in our CRM

✅ Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English, neutral accent
- 1+ year US real estate cold calling or acquisitions experience
- Can run comps and find ARV
- Can value vacant lots and teardown properties (land value, price per sq ft, lot size, zoning)
- Knows Zillow, Redfin, ---------- , county property appraiser sites
- Quiet workspace, noise-canceling headset, 10+ Mbps internet, backup power/internet

? Pay: $4–$6/hr + $200 bonus per accepted offer + signed agreement

⭐ Bonus points:
- Land or wholesale experience
- CRM experience (Podio, REsimpli, GoHighLevel)
- Dialer experience (Mojo, ReadyMode, CallTools)
