Job Description
LandCo Property Group is a serious, established real estate investment company in Northeast Ohio, and we're expanding our acquisitions team. We're hiring driven cold callers to fuel our pipeline by connecting with motivated property owners and setting qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

What You'll Do

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to property owner lists
Build rapport quickly and identify motivated sellers
Qualify leads using our criteria and hand off warm opportunities to acquisitions
Accurately log every call, note, and disposition in our CRM
Follow up persistently on leads that need nurturing
Hit and exceed daily/weekly conversation and appointment targets

Coachable and eager to improve from feedback
Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable to your numbers
Real estate or sales experience is a plus but not required — attitude and consistency matter most
