JOB OVERVIEW

The initial engagement will be 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day Perth Time.
The primary objective will be to conduct outbound calls, engage prospects and generate conversations/leads for the real estate business.
The client will provide the calling data through Excel or Google Sheets.

Skills & Experience
Previous real estate cold calling experience strongly preferred.
Experience calling the Australian real estate market.
Experience with real estate in other markets (e.g, US) may also be considered but must have AU market exposure (any role or industry).
Comfortable making outbound calls to Australian prospects.
Previous experience with real estate agents, property management, investors, buyers/sellers or related businesses.
Strong objection-handling skills.
Experience generating appointments or qualified leads through cold calling.
Self-motivated and able to work independently..
Comfortable with repetitive outbound calling and handling rejection.
Able to follow a calling script/process while maintaining a natural conversation.
Good lead qualification and appointment-setting ability.
