Real Estate Cold Caller (Philippines) – Growth & Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for ONE high-performing cold caller who wants more than “just a job.”
We want someone who wants to master cold calling, think independently, and grow into a leadership role inside the company.
If you are nervous on the phone, need constant instructions, or only do exactly what you’re told — this role is not for you.

You are confident, calm, and assertive on the phone
You can think on your feet when conversations go off script

We are specifically looking for someone who wants to:
Become one of the best cold callers on the team
Help train and mentor future hires
Eventually manage callers, texting, and lead flow
Truly learn the real estate investing industry
Daily Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
You will be expected to consistently hit:
1,000+ dials per day
100+ real conversations per day
2–3 qualified leads per day
This is a high-activity, high-accountability role.

What Makes You a Fit (Very Important)
You MUST have:
Strong English communication (clear, confident, professional)
Ability to handle objections calmly (angry sellers, confusion, skepticism)
Comfort improvising when scripts don’t fit the situation
Strong problem-solving instincts
Extreme attention to detail
Willingness to take ownership of results
We’ve had issues in the past with people who:
Freeze when something unexpected happens
Only complete assigned tasks and stop
Need constant supervision
Avoid responsibility
We are intentionally filtering those people out.

Compensation
Competitive base pay $5.00/ Hour
Performance-based bonuses - Closed deal bonuses, performance incentives, etc.
Raises tied to results and leadership, not tenure
Top performers earn more and grow faster.
