JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Cold Caller / Outbound Sales VA
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (20–40 hrs/week)
Location: Remote
Schedule: U.S. Central Time overlap required
Pay: Hourly + performance bonuses (based on qualified leads)

We are looking for a consistent, confident Cold Caller who is comfortable on the phone and understands how to start conversations — not pressure people.

This is a long-term role for someone dependable who wants stable work and bonus potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to U.S. homeowners (dialer provided)

Using a proven script to open conversations

Asking basic qualifying questions (condition, timeline, motivation)

Identifying interested sellers and warm leads

Tagging and updating call outcomes in our CRM

Passing qualified leads to the Lead Manager / Acquisitions team

Following call schedules and daily KPIs

Required Skills & Experience

Clear spoken English (neutral or understandable accent)

Prior cold calling, call center, or real estate VA experience preferred

Comfortable making 300+ dials per day

Confident, polite, and not afraid of rejection

Able to follow scripts and sound natural

Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace

Nice to Have (Not Required)

U.S. real estate cold calling experience

Familiarity with seller motivation conversations

Experience using dialers or CRMs

Prior wholesaling or investor campaign experience.
