Cain Realty Group (CRG) is growing our Success Team and is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support both our home-buying and home-selling clients. This role is critical to our operations and offers a clear path for growth within a well-established, high-performing real estate team.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are only considering candidates with at least one (1) year of residential real estate experience.
The ideal candidate is a Virtual Professional who has worked as a Transaction Coordinator/Listing Coordinator for a Realtor or real estate team, preferably in Texas and ideally with Keller Williams. Experience with Realtors in other states will be considered; however, familiarity with Texas real estate documents is a strong plus.
*Applicants without residential real estate experience will not be considered or interviewed.

Role Overview:
This position requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional with excellent time-management skills and strong attention to detail. You will provide administrative support to our Account Managers, allowing them to focus on consistent, high-quality communication with clients. This is a tech-forward role, so strong technical aptitude is essential.

Primary Objectives
-Maintain and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, database management, information management, and back-office support
-Manage contracts alongside the Account Manager through closing
-Manage listings alongside the Account Manager through the contract
-Keep the Agents and Account Managers informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
-Assist the Director of Operations with blog writing and social media posting

Work Schedule (5 days / week)
- M-F, 9 AM to 6 PM CST
- Rotating Sat shifts (11 AM to 4 PM CST) every three weeks with a Wed off that week (paid for a full 8-hour shift)
