What We’re Looking For
We need a proactive communicator who understands that selling a home can be stressful. Your job is to make the process smooth and easy for our clients.

- Proactive Communication: Provide updates before the seller even asks.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Flexibility: Open to working weekends when needed.

Responsibilities
- Seller Concierge: Act as the main point of contact for homeowners after they sign with us, guiding them from listing to closing.
- Listing Agent Support: Assist agents with administrative tasks, document collection, and preparation to get homes live on the market.
- Client Nurture: Maintain consistent follow-ups via phone, text, and email so sellers feel supported and informed.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule photography, signage, and inspections, ensuring vendors and sellers are aligned.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all seller interactions and listing milestones in Follow Up Boss (FUB).
- Document Compliance: Ensure all listing agreements and disclosures are properly filed and signed to keep the process moving toward a sale.

Important Requirement
Applicants must provide a contact reference from a previous direct supervisor, a recommendation letter, or a Certificate of Employment (COE) before being scheduled for an interview.
