JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a confident and professional caller to speak with real estate investors (cash buyers).

Your job is to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understand what they are looking for, and keep our buyer database accurate and active.

This is NOT a cold selling job — this is a relationship and qualification role.

What You Will Do

• Call real estate investors from our database
• Ask clear questions to understand what properties they want (buy box)
• Confirm email and phone information
• Keep detailed and organized notes in our CRM
• Identify serious buyers vs time-wasters
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times

What You Will NOT Do

• ? No cold calling homeowners
• ? No negotiating deals
• ? No analyzing property values
• ? No high-pressure selling
