This isn’t a micromanaged role. You’ll take ownership of systems and keep things organized — not just wait for tasks. We value ownership over instructions. Responsibilities
Check tenant rent payments monthly (
Manage leases, update terms, and send renewal notices
Coordinate annual home inspections with tenants and vendors
Manage utility transfers at move-in/move-out
Track open maintenance tickets
Expense tagging & bookkeeping
Prepare reports and help with tax prep (1098s, property taxes, HOAs, etc.)
Analyze properties with PropStream (verify ARVs & comps)
Email
Marketing & Website
Maintain simple WordPress websites (posting updates, basic changes)
Post weekly on
