Job Overview:
We are a growing real estate investment company based in the United States looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant to help manage our financial records.
Our business focuses on buying, renovating, and renting residential properties, so accurate and organized bookkeeping is extremely important. We are looking for someone reliable who can maintain clean financial records and support our CPA.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Record financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
• Categorize business expenses correctly
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Track rental income and property expenses
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports
• Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documents
• Assist with preparing books for the CPA
Preferred Experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Real estate bookkeeping experience (rentals or STR preferred)
• Familiar with Google Sheets or Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
Work Schedule
• Part-time
• 20 hours per week
