Job Title: Real Estate Bookkeeper – QuickBooks Online Setup & Ongoing Bookkeeping

About the Role
New Jersey-based real estate investor seeking an experienced real estate bookkeeper to set up and manage QuickBooks Online for our portfolio of fix-and-flip and rental properties across multiple LLCs.

Priority Project
Set up QuickBooks Online from scratch across multiple LLCs, each owning multiple properties — some fix-and-flip, some rental. This includes building out the chart of accounts, class tracking by property, and establishing clean workflows for ongoing bookkeeping.

Requirements
Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency — must be able to set up and manage multi-entity, multi-property books independently
Experience bookkeeping for both fix-and-flip projects and rental properties
Must be able to read and transfer HUD-1 and Closing Disclosure (CD) documents into QBO accurately
Familiar with IRS Schedule E (rentals) and capital project tracking (flips)
