JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and maintain real estate listings on Facebook Marketplace and send out a real estate hot list once a week, using a live online listings link as the source.

Listings will be pulled directly from an online inventory page and must stay accurate, compliant, and consistently refreshed to maximize exposure and lead flow.

This is a long-term, part-time position with the opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities

Post new real estate listings on Facebook Marketplace using a provided online listings link

Send out a hot list of low priced properties once a week to an email list that is provided

Monitor the link for price changes, status updates, and availability

Update photos, descriptions, and pricing accordingly

Remove sold or unavailable listings promptly

Repost/refresh listings on a set schedule to maintain visibility

Follow provided listing templates and brand guidelines

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules and Facebook policies

Monitor Marketplace messages and flag buyer inquiries for follow-up

Requirements

Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace posting

Real estate experience strongly preferred

Comfortable working directly from live inventory or builder websites

Strong written English skills

Highly detail-oriented and organized

Able to follow posting rules and instructions precisely

Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

New construction or MLS listing experience

Experience managing multiple Facebook listings/accounts

Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace compliance and flag prevention
