JOB OVERVIEW

10-20 Hours/Week | Guaranteed Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

We're a U.S. student housing company looking for a friendly, confident English speaker to help prospective renters find the right home.

Your main job is simple: call and text leads, answer basic questions, follow up with interested renters, schedule property tours, and help us turn interested leads into signed leases.

You do NOT need to be a real estate expert. We will train you.

If you're naturally good at talking to people and enjoy sales, there is significant commission potential on top of your guaranteed pay.

Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours/week

Shift: Primarily U.S. hours between 8am-7:30pm Eastern Time

Compensation: Base hourly pay + commission for every signed lease
This is primarily a SALES role.
We're looking for a motivated, confident salesperson who loves talking to people, following up, and closing deals.

Who We Are
Cleveland Student Housing provides furnished housing near Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland Ohio for students, medical professionals, and young professionals.

Our philosophy is simple:
Sales = Service.

We don't pressure people into signing or have to “persuade” anyone. We focus on understanding what they need, help them find the right home, and make the process easy for qualified prospects to move forward.

What You'll Do
You'll primarily work with warm inbound leads from Zillow, ---------- , ---------- , Furnished Finder, Facebook, ---------- , the Case Western affiliate website, and our website.

Your job is to:
Call & qualify warm leads looking for housing
Schedule property tours quickly, ideally within 24 hours
Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
Guide prospects from inquiry → tour → application → proof of income → signed lease
We want someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and ask for the sale.

Speak and write excellent English
Sound warm, confident, and natural on the phone
Aren't discouraged by rejection
Follow up instead of giving up after one call
Are highly self-motivated and don't need constant supervision
If you dislike phone calls, rejection, or follow-up, this probably isn't the right role for you.
