We do not want to train someone from zero on how a real estate conversation works.

You Must Be Results Driven
We want someone who knows their numbers.
Every day, you should be able to tell us things such as:
How many calls did I make?
How many people did I actually speak with?
How many meaningful conversations did I have?
How many leads did I qualify?
How many appointments did I schedule?
How many appointments were confirmed?
How many leads require follow-up?
Which opportunities are closest to converting?
Which leads are becoming stale?
Where are leads getting stuck?
We are looking for someone who enjoys improving these numbers rather than someone who simply wants to complete a shift.
Important Work Requirements
This is a dedicated full-time position.
You may not hold another full-time job or provide overlapping services to other clients during our scheduled working hours.
You must have fluent, professional-level spoken and written English. You will regularly speak directly with prospective buyers, sellers, clients, agents, and management.
Our team works collaboratively on Zoom throughout the workday, and you must be comfortable remaining connected on Zoom and sharing your screen while working when required.

You must also have:
A professional and quiet working environment.
Reliable high-speed internet.
A reliable computer.
A quality headset/microphone.
Backup internet access whenever possible.
The ability to work our required schedule consistently.
The Personality We Want
We want someone who is sharp, hungry, resourceful, confident, and self-driven.

You think:
When should I call again?
Should I text them?
Should I
What did they originally inquire about?
What might get them to respond?
What's their timeline?
What is the next action?
You should naturally want to move opportunities forward.
