We’re looking for a motivated, confident communicator to join our team as an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller. You’ll contact potential clients, build rapport, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls/texts to potential leads from CRM lists
Build rapport and qualify leads based on interest and fit
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
Keep detailed notes and updates in the CRM
Follow up with warm leads as needed
Qualifications
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated
Comfortable with CRMs and basic online tools
Reliable computer, fast internet, and quiet workspace
