URGENTLY HIRING — REAL ESTATE SMS LEAD QUALIFICATION VA
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to qualify seller leads and assist our acquisitions team.

✅ Requirements:
Previous Real Estate experience is a REQUIREMENT
FAMILIAR WITH GO HIGH LEVEL
Strong written and spoken English
Confident communicating with sellers by text and phone
Sales/lead qualification experience
Able to handle rejection and follow up consistently
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Looking for a long-term position
WILLING TO WORK EASTERN UNITED STATES TIME

???? Pay:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience ranging from 3-4 dollars an hour
5-6% commission on every closed deal from a lead you personally qualify
$500+ potential commission per closed deal
Performance-based raises and growth opportunities
