WHAT YOU’LL DO:
? Build and improve the valuation system we use to evaluate properties at each stage of a deal
? Underwrite properties using our repair and offer calculator to create clear offer recommendations
? Identify anything that may impact value, such as permits, lot size, condition, or unusual comps
? Recommend renovation scopes based on best ROI
? Recommend listing prices after renovation
? When comps are difficult, make your best educated estimate and explain your logic

COMPENSATION:
? $1,000 per month base
? Earn up to $200 in additional bonuses each month

THE STANDARD:
? Full time
? Monday–Friday with occasional help needed for last minute weekend appointments
? Work hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST with 1 hour lunch break
