JOB OVERVIEW

Five Star Home Solutions is a nationwide, top-tier, real estate investment company (iBuyer) specializing in acquiring off-market properties. We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Agent Outreach Specialist to connect with licensed real estate agents and introduce them to our free platform that helps real estate agents earn 3-4X more income per property. This is not a transactional sales role, this is an opportunity to build a network of agents that generates long term income.

The ideal DISC style is a High D / High I: someone who is driven, takes initiative, customer service oriented, enjoys talking with people, and requires minimal hand holding. This person should be able to work independently and work aggressively to connect with real estate agents and share our opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Call real estate agents using provided lists
- Introduce our company by making offers on their current listings
- Transition the conversation into our agent partnership opportunity
- Explain how agents can earn more through our platform
- Get agents signed up (100% free, simple process)
- Build relationships and stay top of mind

Every agent you bring on becomes part of your long term pipeline (affiliate network). This role allows you to build a portfolio of agents that continues generating income as they transact - creating a scalable, repeatable revenue stream tied to your efforts.

Success Metrics

- Number of calls made
- Number of conversations with agents
- Number of agents signed up on our platform

This is a high-activity role - consistent outreach drives results

- Comfortable with high daily call volume
- Motivated by both immediate income and long-term upside

Training & Onboarding

We provide a structured onboarding experience to set you up for success:

- Self-paced, video-based training covering our opportunities and platform
- One-on-one coaching during the first 30 days
- Ongoing access to proven systems, frameworks, coaching, and support

Success in this role is driven by execution, consistency, and coachability.

Qualifications & Experience

- 2-3+ years of real estate experience or familiarity with the industry (agents, listings, etc)
- Sales experience, especially phone-based sales
- Strong verbal communication skills and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and execute consistently

Compensation

- Pay rate: $5-$6 per hour, based on experience, plus lucrative bonus for each agent partner deal.
- Schedule: 48 hours per week (It could be more based on workload)
- Training: Yes, training will be provided.
