About REI Cornerstone

We’re a real estate investment company buying distressed properties across NC, SC, and FL. We source deals primarily through real estate agents. We’re growing and looking for a driven, phone?savvy Agent Acquisitions Rep to own agent outreach and bring in contracts.



What You Will Be Doing

Make 150–200 outbound calls or 40-50 conversations per day to real estate agents to introduce our company and our buying criteria
Build and manage a pipeline of agent relationships in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow a proven script, handle basic objections, and ask for opportunities and offers
Collect property details from agents and pass qualified deals to the acquisitions manager
Log every call, note, and next step in the CRM
Hit weekly KPIs on calls, conversations and properties acquired


Who Is This For?

You’ve worked in phone?heavy sales (call center, telemarketing, D2D, inside sales, etc.)
You’re comfortable in commission?heavy roles and like being paid on performance
You can handle high activity: 150–200 dials/day is exciting, not scary
You’re disciplined with CRM and scripts (you can follow a process)
Strong spoken and written English; confident talking to U.S. real estate agents
Available Mon–Fri, 9–5 Eastern (full?time, remote)


Compensation:

$4 per hour base
2% of assignment fees
Total Pay Range (Base + Commission) per month: $800-$1,500/month starting out should progress closer to $1,400-$2,000/month.
Clear path to higher commissions and responsibilities based on results
