JOB OVERVIEW

You’ll be working directly with a high-performing, growth-focused Realtor serving Cochrane, Calgary, and surrounding communities. This business is built on strong client relationships, elevated service, and a deep understanding of family life and relocation.

The wage will be based on skill level. It could be anywhere from $500 for basic skills upwards of $700 for proven skills. hours range 30-40 hours per week.

This is not a passive admin role. You will be a key part of the client experience, marketing execution, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Transaction Support
• Prepare listing and buyer paperwork (MLS, documents, checklists)
• Coordinate with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other agents
• Track deal timelines, condition dates, and key deadlines
• Send client communications and updates (templates provided)
• Ensure a smooth, high-touch experience from offer to close

2. Listing Coordination
• Book photographers, cleaners, trades, and staging when needed
• Prepare pre-listing checklists and timelines
• Upload listings to MLS and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate feature sheets and marketing materials

3. Marketing & Content Execution
• Upload YouTube videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
• Schedule Instagram posts and manage the content calendar
• Assist with email newsletters and database communication
• Create or edit simple graphics in Canva using pre-designed templates

In addition, this role includes light content support during downtime:
• Basic video editing using CapCut (cutting, trimming, simple transitions, and formatting for social media)
• Editing and adapting existing templates for social media content in Canva

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of both CapCut and Canva

4. Database & Lead Management
• Maintain and update CRM (Communities)
• Tag, organize, and track leads
• Assist with follow-up systems and reminders
• Help execute monthly mailers and client touchpoints

5. Administrative Support
• Email organization and inbox management
• Calendar coordination
• Creating and maintaining systems and SOPs
• Ordering marketing materials and supplies
