We are an Australian investment-focused buyer’s agency and are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our buyer agent operations and assist the Managing Director with admin tasks.
This is a long-term role for someone with Australian property experience who is detail-oriented and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Updating CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Managing property trackers and shortlists
- Following up agents for contracts and documents
- Formatting property reports and client updates
- Booking inspections and coordinating diaries
- General admin support for the Managing Director
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Prior experience in Australian real estate (buyer’s agent, real estate admin, property management, conveyancing support, etc.)
- Understanding of Contracts of Sale, B&P reports, and settlement processes
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Able to follow systems and ask questions when unsure
Hours & Pay
- 20–40 hrs/week
- Long-term role
- $6–8 USD/hour, based on experience
- Paid trial task required
