Accelerated Home Offer Solutions is a real estate company in North Carolina, USA. We buy houses directly from homeowners, and we're hiring a full-time Acquisitions Rep to be the voice of our company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners who want to sell
- Make outbound calls to property owners from lists we provide
- Present cash offers using our simple offer calculator
- Set appointments and get contracts signed
- Keep clear notes on every call in our CRM

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent English with a clear American-style accent
- 1+ year of calling experience (cold calling, sales, or customer service)
- Strong note-taking and follow-through
- Fast internet, a headset, a quiet workspace, and a power backup
- Available 40 hours a week during US Eastern business hours

BIG PLUS:
- Real estate cold calling experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with CRMs or dialers

PAY:
$8 plus a bonus for every closed deal. Paid 2-week trial.
