REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS MANAGER — US HOURS, FULL-TIME, REMOTE

About us

Home Acquisition buys residential properties directly from homeowners for cash — as-is, no repairs, no agent fees. We've been operating since 2012 and have owned over 150 properties.

We're hiring an Acquisitions Manager to own our seller conversations from first call to signed contract.

Compensation

Base: $1,200 CAD/month - $1,400 Cad/Month (full-time, 40 hours/week)

$500 bonus for every deal that closes

A strong performer earns $2,000–2,400/month. Paid twice monthly via Wise.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time — that is roughly 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine time.

This is a night shift. Please only apply if you have worked graveyard before and can commit to it long-term.

What you'll do

Call new seller leads within 5 minutes of them coming in — speed is the biggest driver of results in this role
Run discovery calls to understand the seller's situation, motivation, timeline, and property condition
Build genuine rapport with homeowners who are often going through something difficult
Present cash offers and explain our process clearly and honestly
Negotiate terms and get purchase agreements signed via DocuSign
Follow up relentlessly — most of our deals close on the fifth conversation, not the first
Keep every lead, call, and offer accurately logged in the CRM
Report your daily numbers: dials, contacts, appointments, offers, contracts

Requirements

2+ years of outbound phone experience — real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, ISA, or BPO sales
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent — you'll be talking to American homeowners all day
You've negotiated with real prospects, not just read scripts
Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, Podio, REI Reply, or similar)
Comfortable being measured on numbers every day
Resilient — you can take rejection all shift and dial again tomorrow

Technical requirements

Reliable internet, 25 Mbps minimum, plus a backup connection
Backup power for brownouts
Quiet, dedicated workspace with no background noise
Working computer and a noise-cancelling headset
