Real Estate Acquisition Specialist – Commission Only

Company: Flip Pilot
Industry: Real Estate Investing / Wholesaling
Compensation: 10% Commission – No Salary or Hourly Pay

Flip Pilot is looking for a motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team.

This is a 100% commission-based position designed for someone who is hungry, confident on the phone, and motivated by closing deals.

Compensation

You will earn 10% of the assignment fee actually received by Flip Pilot LLC on deals you successfully close.

Examples:

* $10,000 assignment fee → $1,000 commission
* $15,000 assignment fee → $1,500 commission
* $20,000 assignment fee → $2,000 commission
* $25,000 assignment fee → $2,500 commission
* $30,000 assignment fee → $3,000 commission

Commission is paid only after the transaction successfully closes and the assignment fee has been received/deposited by Flip Pilot LLC.

There is no hourly wage, salary, draw, or guaranteed compensation.

What You’ll Do

* Speak with homeowners interested in potentially selling their property
* Follow up with motivated seller leads
* Build rapport and understand the seller’s situation
* Ask questions about property condition, motivation, price, and timeline
* Negotiate purchase prices
* Present cash offers
* Follow up consistently with sellers who aren’t ready immediately
* Help move qualified opportunities toward a signed purchase agreement
* Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups inside our CRM
* Work closely with our team through closing

What We’re Looking For

You should be:

* Comfortable speaking and negotiating over the phone
* Persistent without being aggressive
* Organized with follow-ups
* Comfortable working inside a CRM
* Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
* Interested in real estate investing and wholesaling
* Focused on results and closing deals

Real estate acquisition or wholesaling experience is preferred, but strong salespeople are encouraged to apply.

Important

This is NOT a salaried or hourly position.

This opportunity is best for someone who wants performance-based income with no fixed salary and understands that commissions are generated only from successfully closed and funded transactions.
